NOTE ON TURNAROUND TIMES

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, process and delivery times expressed will be operating on a delayed schedule. Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, order process times may increase.

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee that our handcrafted teas will leave our facility in peak condition. If you are unsatisfied with your products we will gladly issue a store credit for your purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, on merchandise returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Zanset Tea Co is not responsible for the return shipment costs for returns based on personal preference or non-quality related issues. REFUNDS

At this time we do not offer refunds for order changes or cancellations. If you change your mind regarding your order and no longer wish to receive it, we are happy to issue you Zanset Tea Co store credit, less the cost of shipping. When inquired for, sale adjustments will only be granted for orders placed 48 hours prior to sale, and store credit will be offered in the form of an e-gift card and will be sent to the designated email address on the order. We do not allow for refunds for sale adjustments.

COVID-19 Impact

Will COVID-19 impact my order?

Some customers may experience shipping delays. We are taking extra precautions in our fulfillment center to ensure our teams remain safe, but we are processing orders on time. 
For pre-orders and regular orders delivery time can be between 14-21 days


Our carriers are experiencing some delays due to the pandemic or high volume, which may add additional transit time for domestic orders.


You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. We thank you for your patience & understanding.
